Reefer drivers, your money spots are up in the Midwest and Northwest, with places like Twin Falls, ID, Green River, WY, and Fargo, ND, offering great rates. Flatbed hauls are holding strong in the Midwest around Louisville and Lexington, KY, and down on the South Atlantic coast near North Charleston, SC.
